Fees FAQs
When are payments due?
Monthly payments are due on the last Thursday of each month.
What happens if I pay late?
There is a 10-day grace period. After that, a late fee of GH₵50 applies.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer, mobile money (MoMo) or online payment.
Is my deposit refundable?
Your deposit is refundable within two weeks of enrolment. After two weeks it is non-refundable.
Is there a discount for paying in full?
Paying in full upfront means you don’t pay any monthly processing fees.
Can I change my payment plan?
Yes. You can switch payment plans on request. Speak to our team.
Is there a learning-only option?
Yes. The Learning package costs $2,250 USD. Pay a $500 deposit and $175 a month for 10 months, or a $750 deposit and $150 a month for 10 months.
What do I need to enrol?
A valid Ghana Card or passport, a WASSCE or equivalent, and a Ghana bank account. We can help you open an account during enrolment. You must be 18 or older and attend an information session at the hub.
