Development
Introduction to WordPress
Find your way around WordPress and the dashboard, and understand how professional websites are put together.
Plugins, Elementor and WooCommerce
Extend WordPress with the plugins professionals rely on, focusing on Elementor and WooCommerce.
Building your first page
Learn Elementor basics and design your first complete page.
The responsive design process
Plan colour schemes with tools like Coolors.co and design sites that work on every screen.
Advanced Elementor
Theme Builder headers and footers, responsive settings and testing before launch.
Domains, hosting, SSL and cPanel
Everything you need to take a site live and keep it secure.
Types of website
E-commerce shops, blogs and promotional pages: when to use each and how to build them.
Freelancing
Setting up your business
Sole trader or limited company, HMRC registration, tax and managing your finances.
Building your portfolio
